Pastor for Ministry Development
CoroUniting is excited to announce the availability of a position for a pastor for ministry development and acting youth and young adults pastor (one position).
The Pastor (Pastor of Ministry Development) at Coromandel Valley Uniting Church exists to strengthen the church’s mission by providing strategic leadership, developing staff and volunteers, and overseeing ministries and systems that help people grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Working alongside the Minister of the Word, this role ensures the church is well-led, healthy and equipped to fulfill its vision of connecting families and individuals from the wider community to God and one another. The Acting Youth and Young Adults component will take .5 of this role until such time when the church calls a separate Youth/Young Adults Pastor.
