You are not an accident. Long before you walked through our doors, God intentionally engineered you with a specific purpose, a unique voice, and a distinct role to play in His unfolding story.

The DISCOVER your D.E.S.I.G.N. Profile is a comprehensive reflection tool created to help you unpack exactly how God has wired you. This is about so much more than just plugging you into a roster slot or filling a vacant ministry position. While we certainly want to help you find a joyful team to serve with locally, our deeper kingdom goal is to equip, empower, and activate you for whatever it is God has called you to be and do in His wider body.

Over the next few pages, we will help you map out six distinct areas of your life:

D – Divine Gifts: The supernatural empowerments given to you by the Holy Spirit.
E – Energetic Passions: The specific areas, people, or causes that naturally fire you up.
S – Special Skills: Your natural talents, professional backgrounds, and practical abilities.
I – Inward Temperament: Your unique personality type and how you naturally relate to others.
G – Growth Experiences: The life seasons, professions, and even hardships God has brought you through to give you unique empathy.
N – Network & Availability: The practical spaces you inhabit and the current capacity you have to give.
